By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the cvk33 platform available at cvk33.app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, including all policies referenced herein such as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you (the player) and cvk33 with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior communications, negotiations, and agreements — whether written or oral — between you and cvk33 relating to the same subject matter.

Your continued use of the cvk33 platform following any amendment to these Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. cvk33 reserves the right to update these terms at any time, with notice provided via the platform, by email to your registered address, or by prominent display on this page. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically.

Use of the cvk33 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout the duration of your account:

• Minimum Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. cvk33 is strictly an 18+ platform. Players under the age of 18 are prohibited from registering, depositing, playing any game, or placing any bet.

cvk33 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Acceptable documents include a national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate for age verification, and a utility bill, bank statement, or other government-issued document for address verification. Accounts may be suspended pending the receipt and review of such documentation.

To access real-money gaming features on cvk33, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

cvk33 accepts no liability for losses arising from a player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is deemed to be your responsibility unless you have notified cvk33 of unauthorised access prior to that activity taking place.

Know Your Customer (KYC): cvk33 operates a comprehensive KYC process in line with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards. cvk33 may request identity documents, proof of address, proof of payment method ownership, and source-of-funds documentation at any point during your account lifetime. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

cvk33 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players based in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay (mobile financial services), as well as Visa, Mastercard, and bank transfers from major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.

Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution. The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the registered account holder.
• cvk33 reserves the right to process a withdrawal to the same method used for the corresponding deposit before permitting withdrawal to an alternative method.
• Accounts must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will not be processed if there are any open disputes, pending bonus wagering requirements, or active fraud investigations relating to the account.
• cvk33 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request above ৳50,000 and may request supporting documentation before releasing funds.

Currency: All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, and game stakes on cvk33 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). cvk33 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies directly; any currency conversion is the responsibility of the payment provider and will be subject to their exchange rates and fees.

cvk33 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms:

In addition to the prohibited gaming practices outlined in Section 6, the following conduct is strictly prohibited across all areas of the cvk33 platform:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any stage of the registration, KYC, or verification process.
• Using a stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment method to fund your account.
• Engaging in charge-backs or payment reversals through your bank or MFS provider after funds have been used for gambling activity.
• Attempting to access the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, using a VPN, proxy, or any other means of geographic obfuscation.
• Creating, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts, whether in your own name or using third-party credentials.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, threatening language, or discriminatory conduct towards cvk33 staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to introduce malware, viruses, or any harmful code into the cvk33 platform infrastructure.
• Copying, distributing, reproducing, or reverse-engineering any part of the cvk33 platform, its software, game content, or intellectual property without prior written consent.

cvk33 employs automated fraud detection systems that monitor account activity in real time. Accounts identified as engaging in prohibited conduct may be suspended without prior notice. In cases of suspected criminal activity including fraud, money laundering, or identity theft, cvk33 will cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities and may be legally obligated to report such activity.

cvk33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to provide requested identity or verification documents within the specified timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Identification of underage gambling activity.
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement instruction relating to the account.
• Identification of multiple accounts registered by the same individual.

Voluntary Closure: Players who wish to close their cvk33 account voluntarily may do so by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Effect of Closure: Upon account closure — whether voluntary or enforced — all bonus funds, free spins, and incomplete wagering requirements are forfeited. Winnings generated from bonus funds during an investigation period may be withheld pending the outcome of that investigation.

Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cvk33 and its affiliated entities, directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of or inability to use the cvk33 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, service interruption, or any game outcome.

Platform Availability: cvk33 aims to maintain 99.9% platform uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance periods may occur with or without prior notice. cvk33 is not liable for any losses arising from platform downtime, delayed game loading, or temporary unavailability of payment services.

Dispute Resolution: If you believe an error has occurred in the calculation of your account balance, a bet settlement, a game outcome, or a bonus credit, you must notify cvk33 within 7 days of the disputed event by emailing [email protected] with full details of the dispute including your account username, the date and time of the disputed event, and a description of the issue.

cvk33 will acknowledge your dispute within 48 hours and provide a final resolution within 14 business days of receiving all required information. During the investigation period, cvk33 may temporarily restrict withdrawals from the disputed balance. The decision of cvk33's compliance team following a full investigation is final and binding.

Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with internationally applicable online gaming regulations. cvk33 operates as an internationally licensed offshore gambling platform. Players are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using cvk33's services is lawful in their jurisdiction.

cvk33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, cvk33 will take reasonable steps to notify registered players via email to their registered address and by displaying a prominent notice on the platform for a period of not less than 7 days following the change.
